Vision: The vision of the department is to impart a holistic learning of literature and language through the study of world literature and to nurture literary sensibility and critical thinking.

Mission: Adhering to the mission of Dalmia College, the Department of English will bring forth both men and women endowed with knowledge and wisdom, who will serve the society through various faculty of mind in promotion of value, culture and literature.
